Dear Mr/Miss/Mrs. 1. The Government of Makueni County has set aside funds in its budget toward the cost of thesubjectconsulting services.
The Procuring Entity now invites proposals to provide the following consultingservices CONSULTANCY FOR REBRANDING OF PET RTD Juice, Bottled water, andPremiumTetrapak products
2. . More details on the Services are provided in Section 8 Terms of Reference.
- If a Consultant is a Joint Venture (JV), the full name of the JV shall be used and all members, startingwith the name of the lead member.
Where sub-consultants have been proposed, they shall benamed.The maximum number of JV members shall be specified in the DS.
- It is not permissible to transfer this RFP to any other firm.

A firm will be selected under QUALITY AND COST BASED METHOD and in a format as describedin this RFP, in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015, a copyofwhichis found at the following website: www.ppra.go.ke.
