MANDATORY REQUIREMNTS
The following MUST be submitted together with the bids;
- Detailed Company Profile
- Certified copy of Registration/Incorporation Certificate
- Certified Copy of Certificate of Confirmation of directors and shareholding (CR12) Issued within the last six months
- Valid KRA Pin Certificate
- Certified KRA Tax Compliance Certificate
- Current Trade License
- Current Data Commissioner Registration Certificate and Data Protection / Privacy License
- Evidence of credit worthiness
- Proof of adequate key personnel capability
- Proof of accomplished comparable automation projects
- Certified ICTA Registration Certificate from ICT Authority of Kenya
- Duly Filled, Signed and Stamped Self-Declaration Form That the Tenderer Is Not Debarred
- Duly Filled, Signed and Stamped Self Declaration Form That the Tenderer Will Not Engage in Any Corrupt or Fraudulent Practice
- Power Of Attorney/Authorization Letter, Giving the Name of Person Who Should Be signing the Bid, Authorizing His/her to Submit/Execute This Agreement as A Binding Document
- Must have an Original Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) from the OEM of the proposed solution. (Applies where the tenderer is not the original manufacturer)
- Must submit written warranty of software to be supplied
- Document must be paginated and serialized
