The Nairobi City County Government invites sealed tenders for Request for Proposal for
CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PERAPARATION OF LOCAL PHYSICAL AND LAND USE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN (LPDP) FOR WESTLANDS ZONE
Tendering will be conducted under Request for proposals using a standardized tender document for
consultancy services.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Request for Proposal
Documents during office hours 8.00 am to 5.00 pm at the address given below. Requestfor Proposal documents
may be viewed and downloaded free from the National suppliers’ Website (www.tenders.go.ke) and Nairobi
county website www.nairobi.go.ke .
1. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly bearing only
tender number and title should be deposited in tender box located at the reception of the Supply
Chain Management Department offices, Main City Hall, 4th Floor Room 400 on or before 6th February, 2026 at 11.00am addressed to the following address.

2. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
3. The Request for proposal Documents will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time
specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened
in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address
below. Late tenders will be rejected.
