The Ministry of Environment and Forestry invites sealed tender documents from eligible interested bidders for the following tender.

Interested eligible firms may obtain tender documents from Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Ragati Road. NHIF Building, 11th Floor, Supply Chain Management Office room 1102 during normal working hours (8.00- 3.00pm. Monday-Friday with exemptions of public holidays) upon payment of Kshs. 1000 payable in cash or bankers cheque to the Principal Secretary Ministry of Environment and Forestry or download the documents free of charge from the Ministry website www.environment.go.ke or http://supplier.treasury.go.ke and www.tenders.go.ke. In case the documents are downloaded, bidders must inform the Ministry of Environment and Forestry Supply Chain Management Services immediately for recording purposes.

Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and should remain valid for 120 days.

Complete tender documents (original and copy) enclosed in sealed outer envelope clearly marked with tender name and number should be deposited in the Tender Box located at Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Ragati Road, NHIF Budding, 12th floor and be addressed to

So as to be received on or before Thursday. 23rd July, 2020 at 10.00A.M.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the ministry boardroom located at the 12TH floor NHIF Budding in presence of candidates or their representatives who choose to attend.

Large documents that cannot fit in the tender box shall be received and registered at supply chain management services office. Ministry of Environment and Forestry 11TH floor office no. 1102

The Ministry of Environment and Forestry reserves the right to reject or accept any tender without obligations to give reasons for the decision.
