PUBLIC NOTICE
DEPLOYMENT OF REVENUE SERVICE ASSISTANTS

Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) informs the public that it has rolled out a Revenue Service Assistants
(RSAs) program whose mandate is to support taxpayers with their compliance needs.
The main aim of this program is to;
1. Facilitate online registration of trading businesses,
2. Verify taxpayer details,
3. Support compliance with TIMS/eTIMS regulations,
4. Support compliance with Excise regulations,
5. Data collection.
The RSAs will provide on-site facilitation to taxpayers, which will involve physical visits to taxpayer
premises within the country.
RSAs will have KRA staff identification cards and will be in uniform for ease of identification.
Additionally, the public can authenticate the staff details through USSD *572#, or use KRA Thibitisha
which is available on the KRA website: www.kra.go.ke or through the KRA Mservice App.
