2. The Kenya Reinsurance Corporation Limited invites sealed tenders for the supply of goods i.e.
DESIGN, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF BRANDED POLO T-SHIRTS ANG BRANDED GIFT BAGS
3. Tendering will be conducted under the open competitive method National using a standardized
tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
4. Tenderingis OPEN TO ALL QUALIFIED AND INTERESTED BIDDERS.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information during office hours i.e., 0900to
1500 hours at the address given below.
6. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.kenyare.co.ke.
Tender documents obtainedelectronicallywill be free of charge.
7. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
procurement@kenyare.co.ketofacilitate any further clarificationor addendum.
8. All Tenders must be accompaniedby FORMOFTENDER-SECURINGDECLARATION
9. The Tenderershall chronologically serialize all pages ofthe tender documentssubmitted.
10. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 4th SEPTEMBER 2025 at 10.00
am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
11. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
12. Late tenders will be rejected.
