DEVELOPMENT OF A TRAINER OF TRAINERS (TOT) MANUAL FOR SOCIAL MOBILIZERS ON FINANCIAL LITERACY FOR SAVINGS GROUPS
Background
Habitat for Humanity Kenya (HFHK) is launching a two-year project funded by the Wolfgang Durr Foundation (WDF) to enhance financial literacy and economic resilience in low-income communities in Laikipia County. A key part of this project is the development of a Trainer of Trainers (ToT) Manual to guide social mobilizers in training savings groups on financial literacy and effective financial management.
Objective
The consultancy aims to develop a ToT Manual for social mobilizers, equipping them with practical resources to promote financial literacy and empower savings groups with skills in budgeting, savings, debt management, financial decision-making, and more.
Qualifications
Experience in financial inclusion, group savings, and curriculum development.
Proven track record in developing and conducting training programs.
Familiarity with financial sector or digital finance work.
