DISPOSAL OF ASSORTED OBSOLETE ITEMS

1. The Kenya Reinsurance Corporation Ltd invites sealed tenders for the Disposal of Assorted
   Obsolete Items – KRC/DISP/2025/373
2. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
   during office hours0800 to 1700 hours atthe addressgiven below.
3. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Kenya Reinsurance Corporation Website(s)
   www.kenyare.co.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kenyare.co.ke.
   Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to
   procurement@kenyare.co.ke, +254 703 083 200, P.O. Box 30271-00100, Nairobito facilitateany
   further clarification or addendum.
5. Tenders shall bequotedin Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes.Tenders shallremainvalid for(120)
   days from the date of opening oftenders.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a deposit as detailed in the tender document.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pagesofthe tenderdocuments submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below onorbefore 11th November 2025 at 1000 hours
9. Electronic Tenders will not bepermitted.
10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
    date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
    designated representatives who choose to attend atthe address below.
11. Late tenderswill be rejected by Kenya Re
