INVITATION TO TENDER
DISPOSAL OF EXPIRED MEDICINES AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES
TENDER NO: GMC/MOH/L5/OT/001/2025-2026
1. The Machakos Level 5 Referral Hospital now invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates to Dispose
expired medicines and medical supplies lying within the facility.
2. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided below. Items will be
disposed as they are, without any encumbrances.
3. Interested tenderers may inspect the goods to be disposed during office hours i.e. 0800 to 1700 hours at the
address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be down loaded from the PPIP Portal www.tenders.go.ke and the
county government of Machakos website www.machakos.go.ke free of charge.
5. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 25th July,2025. Electronic Tenders
will not be permitted.
6. Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for the period to be
determined by the Procuring Entity from the closing date of the tender. Tenders should remain valid for 120
days after date of tender opening
7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and
time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
8. Late tenders will be rejected.

The County Government of Machakos reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the
tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any
liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers
