INVITATION TO TENDER
PROCURING ENTITY: Deputy County Commissioner, Loitokitok Sub County,
DISPOSAL OF LAND ROVER GK A062T, MODEL: DEFENDER 110 STATION WAGON,
TENDER LTK/DCC/001/2025-2026.
1. The Deputy County Commissioner, Loitokitok Sub County, now invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates to
purchase a Land Rover GK A062T Model : Defender,110 Station Wagon,
2. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided below, items will be sold as
they are, without any encumbrances,
3. Interested tenderer may inspect the goods to be sold during Office hour[insert office hours if applicable i.e. 8:00am3:00 pm at deputy county commissioner’s Office] at the address given below
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates free of charge at https://tenders.go.ke
(PPIP) portal,
5. Tenderers will be required to pay in advance a refundable deposit of Kenya shillings 5,000 payable to Loitokitok
National Treasury –cash Office during normal working hours (8:00AM- 3:00PM )
6. Completed tenders (HARD COPY) must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 AM on 3rd
September, 2025 [insert time and date]. Electronic tenders [will or will not] be permitted
7. Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for the period to be determined by
the procuring entity from the closing date of the tender,
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above are any deadline date and time
specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the tenderers’ designated representative who
choose to attend at the address below,
