DISPOSAL OF OBSOLETE, EQUIPMENTS & SCRAP MATERIALS & PLASTIC CRATES.
INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) NO: NKCC/T/DIS/066/2024-2025
1. The New KCC Ltd now invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates to purchase Assorted
Engineering Spare Parts, Equipment’s and Scrap Plastics/Metals.
2. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information at the address provided below. Items
will be sold as they are, without any encumbrances.
3. Interested tenderers MUST inspect the goods to be sold on; Inspection Dates from Monday June 23rd , 2025 within 9:00am – 4:00pm
1. New KCC Central Maintence Workshop, Enterprise Road – Changamwe Road
2. New KCC Dandora Factory along Kangundo Road
3. Kiganjo & Nanyuki Factory in Nyeri
4. Nyahururu Factory in Laikipia County
5. Naivasha Plant in Nakuru
6. Nakuru Factory in Nakuru County
7. Sotik Factory in Bomet County
8. Eldoret Factory in Uasin Gishu
9. Kitale Factory in Transzoia County
10. Miritini Factory in Mombasa County
Tenderers will be allowed to gain access to the unserviceable stores or surplus or obsolete
assets or equipment to make their own assessment of the items.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of nonrefundable fees of (Kshs. 1000) in banker’s cheque payable to New KCC Limited.
5. Tenderers will be required to pay in advance are fundable deposit as indicated in the Appendix to
Instructions to tenderers.
6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Monday, June 30th, 2025
at 10:00am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
7. Prices quoted should be net, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 120days from the
closing date of the tender.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above. Tenders will be
publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend
at the address below.
