DISPOSAL OF UNSERVICEABLE ASSETS

INTER GOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS TECHNICAL COMMITTEE TENDER MARCH 2026 

INVITATION TO TENDER 

Intergovernmental Relations Technical Committee (IGRTC) invites sealed bids from interested candidates for the
Disposal of Motor Vehicles. Items are to be sold “As-is -where-is – basis” and the sale is subject to meeting the
reserve price.
All interested bidders are encouraged to visit the physical locations of the assets and carry out their own assessment
before submitting bids.
Interested candidates may view and obtain the tender documents by downloading from Intergovernmental
Relations Technical Committee ’s website: www.igrtc.go.ke or from the Public Procurement Information Portal
(PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke. Any request for clarification must be made in writing at least five (5) days
before the tender closing date.
All clarifications and addenda will be posted on Intergovernmental Relations Technical Committee and on the
Public Procurement Information Portal websites.
All successful bidders will be required to pay for and collect their items within 14 days from the date of notification;
failure to which the bidder forfeits the deposit paid.
Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all relevant taxes shall remain valid for One Hundred
and Twenty (120) days from the tender closing date. Tenders must be accompanied with a deposit of at least
10% of the reserve value in Kshs.
Tenderers MUST ensure that ALL pages of the tender documents are duly paginated sequentially.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in a plain and sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender
number, name and to be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Parklands Plaza, 4th Floor, Westlands,
Off Muthithi Road and addressed to:

To be received on or before 10th April 2026 at 10.00 a.m. Late tenders shall be rejected. Tenders will be
opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at
Parklands Plaza, 3rd Floor, Westlands, Off Muthithi Road, CEOs Boardroom or as advised.
