The KERIO VALLEY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY invites sealed tenders for the Drilling and Equipping of Ileret – Ilmasit Borehole & Rehabilitation of Barchalki Borehole in Marsabit County. PROCURING ENTITY: KERIO VALLEY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

TENDER CLOSING DATE: THURSDAY 19TH MARCH, 2026 AT 10.30AM

1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) using a standardized  tender document.

Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

1. Qualified and interested Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below.

2. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website
   www.kvda.go.ke OR www.ppip.go.ke

3. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.

4. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kvda.go.ke.

Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to info@kvda.go.ke, or

P.O BOX 2660-30100 ELDORET to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

1. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remainvalidfor120 days from the date of opening of tenders.

2. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Ksh.100,000 (One Hundred Thousands Kenya Shillings)

3. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documentssubmitted.eg1,2,3….

4. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 19
   th March, 2026at10.30am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

5. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above.

Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
