North Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency is one of the nine (9) Water Works Development Agencies established on February 2020 pursuant to the Water Act 2016 with the main mandate of development of water and sanitation infrastructure in the Counties of Uasin Gishu, West Pokot, Turkana and Elgeyo Marakwet.
The Agency has received financing from the Government of Kenya through the ministry of water, Sanitation and irrigation covering various programs and intend to apply part of it to implementing the following projects.

North Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency now invite eligible contractors to submit sealed tenders to bid for the above works
Minimum qualification requirements are described in the bidding documents.
Complete set of bidding documents can be downloaded free of charge or may be purchased by interested bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs1000 per set of documents. Further information can be obtained in the Agencies website www.nrvwwda.go.ke or the National Treasury website http://supplier.treasury.go.ke/ site/tenders.go/index.php/.
Bids in plain sealed envelopes with clearly marked tender Numbers should be deposited in the tender box situated at the Agency Head quarters as per the address below so as to be received on or before 7th January 2022 at 1200 hours East African time. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
Bidders are required to serialize all pages of all bid documents permanently, bound and submit one (1)original together with One (1) copy and burned CD in PDF format.
The bids will be opened physically there after at 1205 hours local time on 7th January 2022 in presence of the Bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend in person at the address below.
