Boito Boys High school wishes to invite interested, qualified and eligible Contractors for the erection and completion of dormitory block on Labour-Based Contract. The bidder should submit copies of statutory documents that will be used for preliminary evaluation.
A detailed tender/ Contract document to be collected upon payment of non- refundable fee of Kshs. 1000 at the accounts office within the school. A duly filled tender application form in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with reference No. BBHS/29/03/2023, bearing no indication of company’s contact should be deposited in the school’s tender box at the accounts office on or before 29th March. 2023 at 10.00am. The bids will be opened on 29th March, 2023 at 11:00am, at the school in the presence of bidder/ representative who choose to attend, venue Boito Boys High school. Late bids will not be accepted whatsoever and incomplete form or without statutory documents will not be considered.
Tenderers’ are advised to visit the school to assess the site and ascertain the magnitude of the work at their own cost during official working hours.
All queries should be directed to the procuring entity who at the moment stand for proposed project of which they may extend to project managers and other authorities.
