INVITATION TO TENDER
ESTABLISHMENT AND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES OF MORTGAGE AND CAR LOAN FUND FOR STAFF AND MEMBERS OF COUNTY ASSEMBLY
TENDER NO.: CAN/T/02/2022/2023
1. The County Assembly of Nakuru invites eligible and qualified tenderers to
submit sealed tenders for the Establishment and Administration Services for
Mortgage and Car Loan Fund Scheme for Staff and Members of County
Assembly.
2. Tendering will be conducted under national open tender using a standardized
tender document.
3. Tendering is open to the selected category of disadvantaged groups shown
below;
Small and Medium Enterprises NA
Women Enterprises NA
Youth Enterprise NA
PWD Enterprises NA
4. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect
the Tender Documents during office hours 0900 to 1600 hours at the address
given below.
5. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by
interested tenders upon payment of a non- refundable fees of (Amount in
Kenya shillings One Thousand (1,000.00) in cash or Banker’s Cheque and
payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained
electronically from the Website www.assembly.nakuru.go.ke and public
procurement information portal; https://www.tenders.go.ke.Tender
documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the
websitwww.assembly.nakuru.go.ke and Public Procurement Information
Portal; https://www.tenders.go.ke.Tenderers who download the tender
document must forward their particulars immediately to
info@assembly.nakuru.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 29th August,
2022 at 11.00 am Local Time. Completed tenders shall be submitted back in hardcopies.
The hard copies in plain sealed envelope indicating tender number and description as
described in the Tender Document should be deposited in the Tender box located at
County Assembly reception or send by post to address below.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified
above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly
opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose
to attend at the address below.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
