EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN NAIROBI, KENYA

Description

The Council of Europe will organize the Third African Forum on cybercrime and electronic evidence in Nairobi, Kenya during 25 – 27 November 2025. This Forum will take place in-person over 3 days, expects to receive 350 participants and will be developed in the following format:

• Opening and closing sessions (on the first and last day)
• Two plenary discussions (during 2 days)
• 12 thematic workshops (6 per day during 2 days).

In that aim, the Council of Europe is looking for a maximum of 2 Providers (provided at least one tender meets the criteria indicated below) in order to support the organization and implementation of the 3rd African Forum on cybercrime and electronic evidence with a particular expertise in event organisation services. The call is divided in 2 lots:

1. Lot 1: concerns the provision of accommodation, catering and transfers in support of the organisation of the Forum
2. Lot 2: concerns the provision of Graphic design services and printing of visibility items, including the provision of selected visibility items.
