KENYA INSTITUTE FOR PUBLIC POLICY RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS TENDER 2021

The Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) is a public policy research Institute established to develop human and institutional capacities required for the formulation of medium and long-term strategic perspectives for development of Kenya. The Institute discharges this mandate by undertaking economic forecasting, policy analysis and research, and capacity building.

The Institute is inviting Expression of Interest from eligible, qualified, experienced firms with the necessary skills development, customization, hosting and maintenance of Moodle learning management system (LMS) for delivery of e-learning courses. Firms will be expected to provide documentary evidence and accomplishments of experience in conducting similar assignments in corporate organizations.

Firms MUST provide the following eligibility requirements to be used as evaluation criteria:

• Detailed company profile, physical address, and qualification of key managers and directors and names of 2 support staff to undertake the assignment, including their qualifications (CVs and academic certificates of key managers and the support staff to be attached).
• Certificate of Registration or Incorporation,
• Single Business Permit
• Copy of Tax Compliance Certificate (to be verified online through KRA TCC checker).
• Audited accounts for the last 2 years (2018 and 2019).
• Firm Experience: The firm must have previous experience of a minimum of three (3) years in undertaking similar assign­ment- attach evidence.
• Reference: The firm should have provided a similar service to at least two organizations preferably in public sector -To provide evidence and contact person(s) and their telephone contacts in each case.

A set of complete tender documents (1 Original and 3 copies- serialized/paginated) in a plain sealed envelope clearly indicat­ing “Tender No. KP/LMS/011/2020-2021- “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR DEVELOPMENT, CUSTOMIZATION, HOSTING AND MAINTENANCE OF MOODLE LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) FOR DELIVERY OF E-LEARNING COURSES”
