INVITATION TO TENDER
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE PROPOSED PROVISION OF MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY.
TENDER/NEGOTIATION NO: 2015784-2025/2026
1. The County Government of Kisii invites sealed tenders for the provision of services, i.e. Framework
Agreement for the Proposed Provision of Management and Maintenance Services for Civil
Engineering Construction Machinery for a Period of Three Years – Renewable annually.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method using a standardized tender document.
Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
during office hours 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given below. More details on the Services are
provided in PART 2 – Services’ Requirements, Section V – Description of Services of the Tender Document.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be Tender documents maybe obtained electronically from
the Website www.kisii.go.ke and/or from Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP)
www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to procurement@kisii.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers downloading documents
from a designated website shall advise the Procurement Entity that they have downloaded the tender
documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer (email, telephone number and postal address).
6. All Tender must be accompanied by a tender security of Kenya shillings 1,000,000
7. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00 hrs on 14th
November 2025. Only Electronic Tenders will be permitted.
8. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’
designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
9. Late tenders will be rejected.
