INVITATION TO TENDER
FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLYAND DELIVER OF WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS
TENDER NO: NRW/01/2025-2027
1. The Nakuru Rural Water and Sanitation company Ltd invites sealed tenders for the supply of Water
treatment chemicals for a period of 2 year. Delivery location will be at Turasha treatment plant situated in
Gilgil Nakuru county.
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method, using a standardized tender document.
And is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. -Tendering is also open to all Small and Medium
Enterprises registered appropriately with Registrar of companies.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during
office hours from 8:00 am to 5: oo pm except weekends at the address given below.

4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment of
a non- refundable fees of N/A in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below.
Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website N/A Tender documents obtained
electronically will be free of charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website Www.naruwasco.co.ke.
Tenderers who download the tender document andhave queries must forward their particulars immediately to

6. All Tenders must be accompanied by 2% of tender sum.
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before MONDAY 1ST DECEMBER, 2025 12:00
pm.
Electronic Tenders Will not be permitted.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified below or any dead line
date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated
representatives who choose to attend atCompany’s office.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
