KNH has been active in Kenya since 1974, partnering with local organizations to advance child rights with a strong focus on education.
Project Background: KNH has been implementing a holistic ECCE program for children aged 0-8 years in Embu County to promote Holistic Child Development (HCD). - Expand access to holistic ECCE through lobbying county government and other stakeholders to establish child-friendly facilities, employment of qualified staff, and innovative approaches to reach marginalized children.
- Strengthen families and communities to support early learning and smooth school transitions.
- Influence ECCE policy, raise public awareness, and advocate for greater resource allocation.
