MATHIRA WATER AND SANITATION COMPANY LTD TENDER OCTOBER 2023 

INVITATION TO TENDER NOTICE

The Mathira Water and Sanitation Company (MAWASCO) Limited has applied for financing from the County Government of Nyeri towards the cost of IMPROVEMENT OF KIRIMUKUYU WATER SUPPLY -PHASE I and intends to apply part of the funds toward payments of the contract mentioned below.

A pre-bid meeting for the above tender shall be conducted on Tuesday 7th November2023 at the address mentioned below from 11.00 a.m. A mandatory site visit will also be conducted the same day, 7th November 2023 after the pre-bid meeting. All bidders are expected to gather at MAWASCO head offices before proceeding to the site using their own transport.

Interested eligible bidders can inspect the bidding documents or obtain further information or clarification from our Procurement Office on weekdays from 0900 to 1600 hours or through info@mawasco.co.ke .

The bidding document in English will be downloaded FREE OF CHARGE from Mathira Water and Sanitation Company Limited website, www.maarasco.co.ke. or in the public procurement information portal at tenders.go.ke.

Bidders who download the tender documents from the website MUST forward their particulars immediately via email to: lnfo@mawasco.co.ke. This is for records and any further tender clarifications and addendum where necessary. The particulars should include: Name of Firm, Postal Address, Telephone Number, Email Address, Tender Number and Tender Name.

Completed tender documents with all the pages serialized, shall be sealed and marked as stated in the tender documents and be deposited in the Tender Box located at MAWASCO head offices. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 16th  November 2023 at 12.00 noon. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 16th  November 2023 at 12.05pm.
