INSTALLATION OF STEAM COOKING TECHNOLOGY AT KWALE GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL- 91186377
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is implementing technical cooperation measures on behalf of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany.
GIZ is inviting bidders to express their interest in the installation of a 500kg Steam Cooker with Steam Cooking vessels and piping to collect hot water for handwashing equipment. In addition, there will be training the end users on operation and usage and provision of after sales services.
Interested bidders MUST meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Must be a legal business entity incorporated in Kenya with at least 5 years operation, with a Certificate of Incorporation provided as proof.
- Must provide up to date Tax Compliance Certificate
- Must attach a copy of the latest CR 12 for companies issued by the Registrar of Companies
- Must provide all relevant permits and licences by government authorities (e.g., County Governments, KEBS)
- Must have a physical presence in Kenya with an office.
- In the last three years prior to this bid, the company MUST have gained similar experience with this technology and must substantiate this with at least 2 reference assignments/projects whose total value was at least KES 5,000,000.00. Orders/contracts and delivery confirmation by recipient to be submitted as proof.
- Must provide an annual turnover of at least KES 14,000,000.00 for at least 3 years starting from the latest financial year. Audited financial statements signed by the auditor and the directors to be provided i.e for year 2021,2022 and 2023/2024 for reference.
Only eligible bidders that meet all the requirements above will receive the further tender documents to proceed with offer submission.
