INVITATION FOR TENDERS

The MOIBEN NGCDF OFFICE invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who meet the below requirements for the following construction works;

 Proposed Construction of a laboratory to completion including affixing gas and water system at TOROCHMOI SECONDARY SCHOOL NCA 7 or above open
4. NG-MBN/

RUIY/37/2019-2020

 Proposed Construction and equipping of a one storey building of 4 classrooms to completion at RUIYOBEI PRIMARY SCHOOL NCA 7 or above open

Interested bidders shall be required to furnish the procuring Entity with the following informatics as minimum criterion for submission of a bid for this works, supported by the relevant documents as follows:-

  1. Provide certificate of incorporation.
  2. Provide .valid NCA Certificate under categories NCA 7 and above.
  3. Provide PIN registration certificate.
  4. Provide VAT registration certificate
  5. Provide valid tax compliance certificate
  6. Bid security 2% of the tender sum from a reputable bank or approved insurance firm
  7. Duly filled form of tender.
  8. Duly filled confidential business questionnaire.
  9. Valid and certified CR12 from the Registrar of Companies

In addition, interested bidders must show proof of the following;

  1. a)Adequate equipment holding for the specified type of work.
  2. b)Key technical staff to be engaged.
  3. c)List of similar works and their value undertaken for the last five years.
  4. d)List of ongoing projects
  5. e)Audited accounts for the last three years.
  6. f)Bank account in the name of the company (Attach six month’s bank statement].
  7. g)Works of similar magnitude and complexity undertaken in the last three years.
  8. h)Litigation history of the company (Both court and arbitration cases].
  9. i)Evidence of sound financial standing and access to bank credit line.
  10. j)Copy of receipt

Tender documents can be obtained from MOIBEN NGCDF OFFICE, KVDA Building Eldoret 6th floor during official working hours/days upon payment of non-refundable fee of kshs 1,000.00. Return complete tender documents in plain sealed envelope clearly marked WITH RESPECTIVE TENDER NUMBERS, addressed to the undersigned and deposited in tender box at NGCDF office KVDA Eldoret 6th floor on or before 29th JULY, 2020 at 10.00 AM, Tenders shall be opened immediately thereafter at the constituency Fund office KVDA PLAZA 6th floor in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
