Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the tender documents free of charge with detailed BOQ/ TORs from NRC procurement platform https://procuroment.nrcsystems.net/ from Friday 6th November up to one [1] day before the submission date indicated for each tender above.
Complete bid document/ proposals should be submitted through the online procurement platform via https://procurement.nrcsystetm.net/bid in PDF format not exceeding 20MBs to be received before or on the date/ time indicated on the bid document. Kindly ensure that the bids are submitted ‘ in the respective tender folders/name description. Incorrect placement of bids and late submissions , will not be accepted.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at 1030 hrs. [on the dates indicated above] virtually via a zoom link that will be shared after successful submission of the tender document. Bidders or their representatives are highly encouraged to attend the opening session.
Norwegian Refugees Council reserves the right to v/withdraw, accept or reject any bid application and may annul the tender process at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
