SUPPLY OF FUEL, VEHICLE HIRE, TAXI, ACCOMMODATION AND CONFERENCING SERVICES
Concern Worldwide is an international non-governmental humanitarian organization dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries.
Concern Worldwide invites interested suppliers and providers of services (including current suppliers and providers) to tender for the supply of the following services to the organization for one year.

Tender forms are available from 19th August 2020, on payment of a nonrefundable deposit of KES 2,000 to Concern Worldwide, Account Number 0108-324862-00, Standard Chartered Bank, Westlands Branch, Bank Code 015, Swift Code SCBLKENXXXX.
Softcopy form from Nairobi.Tenders@concern.net. Kindly attach a scan of the banking slip to confirm payment of the KES 2,000.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the “reference (tender reference and lot number), category/ location and area of operation”. The envelope should be addressed to:

Bidders may bid for, individual lots or for all lots
Envelopes may be submitted, at the latest by 4.00 PM on Wednesday 02nd September, 2020. Any bid submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Bids may be submitted to any of the addresses already detailed for collection of the forms.
