Kenya Roads Board invites tenders from eligible consultants to provide Consultancy Services to Undertake a
Study on the Economic Impact of Electric Mobility on Sustainability of the Road Maintenance Levy
The detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) documents can be viewed and downloaded from Kenya Roads
Board website: www.krb.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke at no cost. The documents can also be inspected and/
or obtained from Supply Chain Management Office on 3rd Floor, Kenya Re Towers, Off Ragati Road during
working days between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on Monday 27th February, 2023 at 2:30pm via online platform.
Interested bidders to forward names, telephone numbers and email address of nominees for sharing of the
meeting credentials to tenders@krb.go.ke and or the contact emails provided in the RFP Data sheet.
Bidders should also constantly check the KRB website (www.krb.go.ke) for any addendums and other updates.
Completed Tender Documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked “TENDER NO KRB/660/2022-23

should be addressed, submitted and/or delivered to:

and deposited in the Tender box situated on 3rd Floor, Kenya Re Towers so as to be received on or before
Friday 10th March, 2023 at 12.00 Noon. Late tenders shall not be accepted.
The proposals will be opened in KRB Boardroom on 3rd Floor immediately on the same day in the presence
of Bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend. Any proposals received after the closing time
shall be returned unopened.
