Kagumo Teachers’ Training College invites sealed tenders for the proposed Renovation of Ladies hostels and Construction of the Col ego Boundary wall/ Sentry.

Requirements
- Copy of company/firm registration/Incorporation certificate
- Copy of valid KRA Tax Compliance Certificate
- Copy of Registration Certificate with National Construction Authority (NCA 7) or above
- The bid bond should be in form of a bank guarantee. Insurance Company guarantee approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, a letter of credit guarantee by a deposit taking microfinance institution. Sacco society. Youth Enterprise Development Fund or Women Enterprise Fund which must be attached to tender document
- Copy of reports of Audited Accounts for financial year 2017, 2018 and 2019.
- Details of proof of similar works completed within the last 3 years with client’s details.
- Details of contractor’s qualification for key personnel.
- Details of contractor’s plants and equipment
- Provide evidence of having undertaken contracts of Kenya Shillings Ten Million (kshs 10.000.000/) and above in the last three years.
- Those who enjoy the benefits of Youth, Women and PWD (AGPO) are encouraged to tender and attach relevant certificates.
- A copy of CR 12 for companies. No two companies with same directors’ will be awarded two tenders.
Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tendered site at the college dung working hours
Tender documents with detailed information may be obtained from the Procurement Office of the college during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand KS 1.000/-) per tender document This shall be payable via Paybill Number-247247, A/C Number 0110297070907
Dufy completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes dearly marked with the tender number, tender description, serialized and Libeled documents should be deposited in the tender box situated at the Chief Principals’ Office or posted to:

Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenderers or thee representatives who choose to attend Late tenders will be returned unopened. Any form of canvassing will lead to automate disqualification.
Kagumo Teachers’ Training College is not bound to accept the lowest or any other bid.
