  1. Interested bidders may also access and download the Tender Document free of charge from the company’s website www.kenyaseed.com. Interested bidders who opt to download the Tender Document shall be required to submit their contact details to procurement@kenyaseed.co.ke for registration.
  2. Duly completed Tender Documents are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked Tender Name and Tender Reference Number and shall be addressed to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter In the presence of tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend on the same date and time at Kenya Seed Company Headquarters, Mbegu Plaza, Kltale. Protocols by the Government in regard to Covid-19 and preventive measures for handling of procurement activities will be adhered to.
