Complete tender documents closed in a plain sealed envelopes mark with tender reference number and addressed to the fund account NG-CDF Kilifi South, P.O. Box 1368 Kilifi situated at Vipingo Malindi-Mombasa road NG-CDF office block should be deposited in the tender box at the reception area 1st floor during normal working hours on or before 10.00AM 1st September, 2020.
Participating bidders should attach the following
- Copy of Certificate of incorporation
- Copy of official receipt
- Valid certificate of NCA 6 and above with valid Annual practising licence
- PIN/KRA Registration certificate
- Valid Tax Compliance
- Valid CR 12
- 2 years audited accounts
- Similar works for 2 years
- Technical personnel qualification attached.
Interested contractors may obtain detailed tender document from the accounts office during official working hours payable at of kshs. 1000 per document non-refundable fees.
Submitted bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the Boardroom in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend late bids will not be accepted. NG-CDF KILIFI SOUTH reserve the right to accept or reject any tender and dose not bind itself to the lowest bid
