The County Assembly of Busia invites bids for supply of Goods, Works and Services for the F/Y 2022/2023,2023/2024-2024/2025 under the following categories;

Tender documents can be obtained free of charge from Public Procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke] or from ourwebsite: – www.busiaassembly.go.ke or from the Procurement office of the County Assembly located along Busia-Kisumu road during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs 1,000.

Completed tender documents for:

Group A- Open Tenders MUST be submitted online through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL www.supplier.treasury.go.ke in PDF format as per the requirements contained in the tender document.

Group B and C (Framework and Registration respectively], shall be submitted in plain sealed envelopes clearly indicating Category No., Tender No. and the Tender Description and addressed to:-

Busia-Kenya

And be deposited in the tender box situated at the entrance of the County Assembly reception desk so as to be received on or before Tuesday 11^th April, 2023 at 10.00 a.m. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of bidder’s or their representatives who may choose to attend within the Assembly precincts in compliance with strict Covid 19 protocols.

NOTE: Preference and reservation will apply for small, micro-enterprises, youth, people with disabilities and women. Special groups must attach a certified copy of certificate from Access to Government Procurement Opportunities. (AGPO].The special interest groups may well participate competitively in other categories. Any further clarifications or addendum shall be made through the County Assembly’s official website

1)    Mandatory requirements as per Tender documents.

2)    Information supplied on the tender documents.

3)    Completed tender documents must be serialized/paginated
