Interested eligible Bidders Must Attach, among other Valid Copies of the Following Documents:
- Single Business Permit
- Certificate of Incorporation
- CR 12 Form
- Tax Compliance Certificate
- Registration With Relevant Bodies where required
- Relevant Experience for the applied Tenders
Note:
All mandatory requirements are in the tender documents. The framework contract shall be for a period of Three (3) years.
.Special group category are for youth, women and person with disability and must attach a copy of registration certificate.
Tender documents are available on the County Assembly Website (www.marsabitassembly.go.ke) and can be downloaded free of charge or obtained from our offices at a Non-refundable fee of Ksh. 1,000/=.
Duly completed Tender and Pre-Qualification documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with relevant category number and description should be addressed to:

Or be deposited in the tender box situated at the Marsabit county assembly, on or before 23rd September, 2022.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may wish to attend. Canvassing directly or indirectly will lead to automatic disqualification of bidders.
