INVITATION TO TENDER
The National Construction Authority invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates registered by the National Treasury under AGPO Programme for the Following tenders

Tendering will be conducted under open tender method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Small and Medium Enterprises registered appropriately with the National Treasury.
3. Qualified and interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents during office hours at Supply Chain Office at the National Construction Authority (NCA) Headquarters on 9th floor KCB Towers, Kenya Road, Upper Hill between 8.00am and 5.00pm Kenyan Time, Monday to Friday except lunchtime between 1.00pm to 2.00pm and on public holidays.
A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Kshs.1000 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website www.nca.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers downloading documents from a designated Website shall advise the Procurement Entity that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer (i.e. email, telephone number and postal address).
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.nca.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurement@nca.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a dully filled signed and stamped Tender-Securing Declaration.
7. Tenderers shall submit one original and one copy of tender document properly bound and sequentially serialized/paginated in the form of i.e. 1, 2,3,4….on each page including all the attachments
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address given below on or before THURSDAY 05th May, 2022 at 11:00 am.
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at NCA Boardroom on 9th Floor KCB Towers, Upper Hill.
10. Late tenders will be rejected.
