INVITATION TO TENDER 

The County Government of Kericho invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders as stated below

Interested eligible bidders may download a complete set of tender documents from the County Website: http://www.kericho.go.ke and /or PPIP Portal: https://tenders.go.ke. Documents downloaded are free of charge and bidders are advised to register at the Health Services Procurement Office or via email at supplychain@kericho.go.ke. (Refer to registration form in the tender document)

Bid documents shall be serialized/paginated and clearly marked with the Tender Number and description and accompanied by Tender- Securing Declaration Form only for the reserved categories and Original Bid Bond from either Reputable Banking Institution or insurance Companies Approved by The Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) and listed by The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).

The Original Tender Security shall be addressed to:

County Government of Kericho, P.O Box 112-20200, Kericho.

And MUST BE DEPOSITED in the Tender Box at the Reception Area, 2nd Floor Department of Health Services Office located at Kericho County Referral Hospital Administration Block on or before 10.00am East African Time on 13th August, 2021.

Tender is only open to those who meet the requirements for eligibility.

All bidders are advised to regularly check the above mentioned website during the bidding period.
