INVITATION TO TENDER
The Financial Reporting Centre (FRC) is a Government institution created by the Proceeds of Crime and
Anti-Money Laundering Act 2009 (POCAMLA) with the principal objective of identifying proceeds of crime,
combating money laundering and the fight against financing of terrorism.
The Centre hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the following tenders:

website: www.frc.go.ke free of charge.
Tenderers who have downloaded the tender documents must forward their particulars to the email address:
procurement@frc.go.ke for purposes of any tender clarifications.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender name and
number, and addressed to:

Nairobi.
and be deposited in the tender box situated on the 13th Floor, Old Mutual Tower, Upper Hill, Nairobi (FRC
Offices), during normal working hours so as to be received on or before Friday, 13th January, 2023 at
12.00 Noon.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at Old Mutual Tower, Upper Hill, Nairobi, 13th floor meeting
room on Friday, 13th January, 2023 at 12.00 Noon in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who
choose to attend.
