INVITATION TO TENDER
The Ministry of ICT, Innovation and Youth Affairs, State Department for Broadcasting and Telecommunication invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the following Framework Advertising Services tenders: –

| 6. | MOICT/SDBT/06/2022-2023 | Provision of Periodical Services/Handbooks |
Tender documents with detailed specifications shall be downloaded free of charge from the Ministry’s website www.ict.go.ke
and PPIP portal www.tenders.go.ke.
Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents during office working hours 8. 00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at Telposta Towers, 11th Floor, Supply Chain Management office.
Prices quoted must be net inclusive of VAT and all Government Taxes. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Tenders in plain sealed envelopes, marked tender number on the right hand side corner and bearing no indication of the tenderer should be addressed to: –

and placed in the Tender Box on 11th Floor at the Telposta Towers, Nairobi or sent by post so as to reach the above address on or before 18th May, 2022 at 11.00am.
Submitted bids will be opened publicly on the 9th Floor Boardroom soon after the above stated closing date and time in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted.
NOTE: Service Providers who have a running contract for any of these services need not apply.
