Sikri Technical and Vocation College for the Blind and Deaf invites applications from interested and eligible bidders for Provision of security and registration of suppliers for the Financial Year 2021/2023 in the following categories;

Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents at SIKRI TVCBD, off Kisii- Kisumu Highway,Oyugis town ,Homabay county, Procurement Department as from 8am- 1pm, 2pm – 5pm on Mondays to Fridays. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of non-refundable fees of Ksh.1,000 in cash at the accounts office for hard copies. Bidders may also download the tender document from the institute website www.sikriblinddeaf.ac.ke free of charge. Bidders who download the tender document shall register by submitting their details.
Completed tender documents must be delivered to the address below on or before 29th July 2021 at 11.00am.

Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend.
