INVITATION TO A RESTRICTED TENDER
Sec. 102 (1) of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and Sec. 89 (1) of the Public
Procurement and Asset Disposal Regulation, 2022 (Revised) requires procuring entities to place on
their website their intention to use Restricted Tendering Method.
Consolidated Bank of Kenya Ltd invites sealed tenders through Restricted Tendering Method from
eligible firms and those that are shortlisted, the tender documents will be emailed to them on 11th
August 2025 for the below mentioned tenders:-

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in a plain sealed envelope, marked with the tender
number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box located at the reception area of
Consolidated Bank House – 6th floor, Koinange Street on or before Monday 25th August
2025 at 10:30 AM (East African Time) and be addressed to: –

The bids will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidate’s representatives
who choose to attend at the Boardroom located on 6th Floor of Consolidated Bank House
along Koinange Street.
