County Government of Kitui, County Treasury invites bids for KAVOO BOREHOLE WATER SUPPLY PIPELINE EXTENSIONS
Tendering will be conducted under National open competitive method using a standardized tender document. Tendering is reserved for all.
Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours i.e. 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below.
A complete set of tender documents may be obtained free of charge electronically from; (County Government of Kitui website-www.kitui.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal https://www.tenders.go.ke.
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kitui.go.ke or the Public Procurement Information Portal https://www.tenders.go.ke).
The Tender must be accompanied by a Tender Bid security.
The Tenderer shall chronologically serialise all pages of the tender documents submitted.
Completed tenders must be submitted online in the Ifmis supplier portal (http://www.supplier.treasury.go.ke)
On or before 4th July 2022 at 12:000. MANUAL SUBMISSIONS will not be permitted.
NOTE: Bidders who may experience challenges in accessing and uploading their tenders in the IFMIS Tender Portal should contact the IFMIS helpdesk (Tel: 0800721477 /020480180) at the National Treasury.
Tenders will be opened online immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
Late tenders will be rejected.
