LEASE OF HOTEL AND RESTAURANT SPACES AT THE CENTRAL BANK OF KENYA PENSION TOWERS

CBK PENSION FUND TENDER FEBRUARY 2022 

1)    The CBK Pension Fund invites sealed bids expressing interest for lease of high-end hotel space and restaurant at the CBK Pension Tower along Harambe avenue for a period of six years

2)    A complete set of EOI documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fees of Kshs. 1,000.00 in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the CBK Website www.centralbank.go.ke  or PPIP Website www.tenders.go.ke . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.

3)    Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to supplies@centralbank.go.ke  to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.

4)    Bidders who had applied for the spaces should also participate in the Expression of Interest.

5)    A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for 21st  February 2022 at 11:00am

6)    Completed EOI document must be delivered to the address below on or before 28^th  February, 2022 at 10:30am. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

7)    Completed bid Documents in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender number and title should be deposited in the Blue Tender Box located at the main entrance to the CBK Pensions Secretariat offices located on the ground floor of Motor Gallery building opposite Agip House along Haile Selassie Avenue before 28^th  February 2022 at 10.30am.

8)    Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter, i.e., 28th February, 2022 at 10.30am at the CBK Pension Secretariat Board Room located on the Ground floor of the Motor Gallery building opposite Agip House along Haile Selassie Avenue.
