KENYA REVENUE AUTHORITY TENDER MARCH 2026 

INVITATION TO TENDER 

1. The Kenya Revenue Authority invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the following
   tenders:

1. Interested eligible candidates/Landlords may obtain further information and inspect the
   tender documents with detailed requirements at the office of the:

2. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained from KRA E-Procurement
   portal available on the KRA website www.kra.go.ke free of charge. Prospective bidders should
   register for E-Procurement to enable them access the KRA portal under “New Supplier
   Registration” found under the Tender Tab.
3. Qualified and interested Landlords may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
   Documents during office hours 8:00am-5:00pm. Completed tender documents are to be
   submitted through the system with tender reference number and name
   ‘‘KRA/HQS/NCB-031/2025-2026: LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE FOR KENYA
   REVENUE AUTHORITY IN BOMET FOR A PERIOD OF FOUR (4) YEARS.’’ so
   as to be received on or before Thursday 26th February 2026, at 11.00 am.
4. Tendering will be conducted under Direct Procurement method using a standardized tender
   document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Landlords who have valid documents.
5. A complete set of tender documents maybe obtained electronically from the Website www.kra.go.ke.
   Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
   www.kra.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their
   particulars immediately to eprocurement@kra.go.ke, telephone +254 02 2817022 and
   P.O. BOX 48240 – 00100 to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
7. The tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
8. Tender security is not required for this bid.

9. Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain
   valid for 335 days from the date of opening of tenders.

10. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
    dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the
    Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address above.
11. Late tenders will be rejected
    Any canvassing or giving of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
