INVITATION TO TENDER
Supply and delivery of assorted of Office Furniture
1. The National Social Security Fund(NSSF) invites sealed tenders for the supply and delivery of
assorted office furniture, as per the requirements
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tendering method using a standardized tender
document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers as specified
3. Tender is reserved for special Group under AGPO specifically WOMEN Category is eligible to tender,
4. In the spirit of fairness and to allow more women to get tenders, Tenderers/interested bidders are
allowed to bid for ONE LOT ONLY. Bidding for more than one lot shall lead to automatic disqualification.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours from Monday to Friday at 0900 to 1500hrs, Manager Supply Chain,
National Social Security Fund (NSSF), 9th Floor, Western wing, Nairobi

6. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment
of a non- refundable fees of NIL in cash or Banker’s Cheque and payable to the address
given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the PPIP Portal
www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
7. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website PPIP
www.tenders.go.ke. Or www.nssf.co.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must
forward their particulars immediately to procurement@nssfkenya.co.ke to facilitate any further
clarification or addendum.
8. All Tenders must fill the form of tender securing declaration.
9. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before on 21ST APRIL, 2026 at 11:00hrs
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any
dead line date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of
the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below. - Late tenders will be rejected.
