OFFICE RENOVATIONS AND ICT STRUCTURING, AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Kenya Climate Innovation Center (KCIC) is implementing AgriBiz, a five-year programme funded by f the European Union (EU). and Danida. AgriBiz seeks to address some of the challenges inhibiting youth and women participation in agribusiness and stimulate the growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in the agricultural sector.
The primary focus of the programme is to provide a range of services needed by women and youth-owned early stage agribusiness enterprises. It aims to offer assistance to 2400 youth and women and will be creating 17,000 jobs in Kenya. To achieve this, the programme will be opening Business Incubation Hubs (BIHs) in eight counties from where the rest of the counties will be supported from.
- A) Office renovation and ICT structuring
We are seeking registered contractors to undertake office renovation and set up of ICT infrastructure for the Kilifi, Uasin Gishu, Isiolo, Machakos, Kisii and Kiambu Agricultural Training Centre (ATC) offices. The successful bidder is expected to undertake actual office partitioning, flooring, plumbing, ICT cabling and network infrastructure and electrical cabling.
Completed proposals should be submitted via email to procurement@kenyacic.org Please include “RFP (063/064/065/066/067/068) isiolo or Machakos or Uasin Gishu or Kiambu or Kilifi or Kisii office refurbishment” as appropriate in the subject line of your email. The submission should reach us no later than Friday 23rd April 2021 by 5:00PM East African time.
- B) Project Management Services
KCIC is seeking a Project Manager for the provision of the Project Management services for the proposed office upgrade and fit out for eight sites at the Agricultural Training Centres (ATCs) based in Bungoma, Meru, Kiambu, Machakos, Kisii isiolo, Uasin Gishu, and Kilifi Counties. Completed proposals should be submitted via email to procurement@kenyacic.org with subject line of “RFP 069 Provision of consultancy services for Project Management” by Friday 23rd April 2021 by 5:00PM.
