POTHOLE PATCHING AND SPOT IMPROVEMENT OF MWALA-KITHIMANI (B106) ROAD FROM KWAINDI TO KITHIMANI

COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF MACHAKOS TENDER 2021

The County Government of Machakos invites Bids from eligible Contractors for Pothole Patching and Spot Improvement of Mwala-Kithimani Road to be funded through Road Maintenance Levy Fund (RMLF) for FY: 2020-2021.

A completed set of Tender documents containing detailed Information can be downloaded FREE of charge from the County website www.machakosgovernmentco.ke or PP1 Portal www.tenders.goke.

NOTE:

1. Original bid security to be submitted to the office of Supply Chain Management Services Transport, Roads and Public Works during working hours and before closing date,
2. Pre-bid site visit by all bidders will be on 19th February ,2021 (Contact Chief County Engineers for further clarifications)

The following MUST be submitted together with bids: (Mandatory Requirements) :-

1.             Certificate of incorporation/registration
2.             Valid Business permit

      iii.            Valid Tax Compliance Certificate

1.             Pre-tender Site visit Certificate
2.             Valid NCA Certificate and License (Class 3 and 4-Roads Works)
3.             All Attached pages to be paginated sequentially

   vii.            Attach recent CR 12 Form

  viii.            Bid Security of Kshs.200,000 (Rank Guarantee Only)

Complete tender documents MUST be submitted online through the IFMIS SUPPLER PORTAL: www.supplier.treasury.go.ke  so as to be received on or before 2^nd March, 2021 and time indicated in IFMIS Portal. The Tender will be opened immediately in IFMIS.
