The Board of Trustees of Postal Corporation of Kenya Pension Scheme invites registered Property firms experienced in selling properties to submit their bids for pre-qualification for sale of some of its properties located in Nairobi, Mombasa and Voi.
The terms of reference will be issued to the firm selected that will have demonstrated ability to execute the assignment based on criteria set out in the tender document.
A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded from the Scheme website https://www.postapension.co.ke/pcksps/media-centre/tenders and submitted through electronic mail bids(@)postapension.co.ke, so as to be received not later than 10th Jan 2024 at 12:00 Noon. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30pm in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend at the Scheme Boardroom, 9th Floor NHIF Building.
Trustees of Postal Corporation of Kenya Staff Pension Scheme reserve the right to accept or reject any bid in whole or in part and does not bind itself to justify its decision.
Canvassing in any form shall lead to automatic disqualification of the bidder.
