PRE–QUALIFICATION OF BUILDING CONTRACTORS |
Hospital Hill High School is a public high school situated in the Westland’s Sub-county in Nairobi.
The school invites Expressions of Interest to companies wishing to be considered for invitations to tender for the construction of a block of classrooms and also a vertical extension of an existing dormitory by one Floor.
Each applicant should provide the following Mandatory Documents
1) Company profile
2) Trading License
3) Certificate of incorporation.
4) CR 12 issued within the last 3 months
5) Current certificate of registration with the National Construction Authority. Category 6 and above for Building works
6) Valid K.R.A Tax Compliance Certificate
7) 3 Years Audited Accounts
8) Reference letters for similar works done
9) The contact person
10) Bid Document to be serialized/stamped and signed
All applications to be inserted in the tender box at the school reception area on or before 26th August 2021 at 10.00 am and applicants who may wish to witness the opening exercise may avail themselves or their representatives on the said time. Strict COVID-19 protocols shall be observed. Applicants shall then be informed of the results accordingly.
