PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONSULTING FIRMS, PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS,
CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SUPPLIERS
The National Irrigation Authority intends to prequalify interested and eligible consulting firms, professional
individual consultants, contractors, service providers and suppliers of the under listed categories of goods,
works and services for the Financial Year 2023/2024 – 2024/2025.

- The applicants will be prequalified in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 and Regulations Applicants must provide the requested qual- ification information as detailed in the prequalification document. Prequalified applicants will be invited to submit tenders through a letter of invitation including tender document as and when need arises within the FY 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 through various tendering methods.
- A complete set of Prequalification Document in English including category description may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (https://www.irrigation.go.ke) as from 5th April 2023. Applicants who download the Prequalification Document must forward their particulars immediately to purchasing@irrigation.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or
- In accordance with provisions of Public Procurement and Disposal (Preference and Reservations) Reg- ulations 2011, Legal Notice 114 of 2013, the prequalification for goods, works and services in Category D1-D6,D11 and E1-E7,E14,E17 are reserved for the women, youth and persons with disabilities duly registered by The National Treasury while the other categories are open to general public
- Participating applicants are expected to clearly indicate category name and number they are applying for as indicated in the issued prequalification document
- The completed and properly marked applications showing category number and description in writing and in English only, must be delivered to the address below or deposited in the Tender Box located in the Reception Area on the Ground Floor of NA Head Office, Unyunyizi House, Lenana Road, Hurlingham by;
