PRE-QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR OFFICE BLOCK CONSTRUCTION ON PLOT. No. 214A215 Section XXIII/MI
Our client In Mombasa Is inviting suitable local contractors with the following Minimum and Mandatory requirements for the construction of an office block.
- Current registration with the National Construction Authority (NCA 1 for main contractors and NCA 3 and above for Subcontractors)
- Incorporation / Registration certificate
- Tax Compliance Certificate
- Must provide recent copy of CR 12
- Proof of work of similar magnitude and complexity undertaken In the last five years
- Adequate equipment for the type of work
- Adequate trained personnel for the type of work. Attach CV’s of key personnel
- Sound financial standing. Attach audited accounts for the last three years;
- Proof of access to credit lines from banks
- Litigation history both court and arbitration cases
Contractors for the following works will be required
- Building works
- General Electrical installations
- Plumbing and Drainage installations
- Passengers lifts
- Generators
- Audio visual systems
- Fire fighting&i Sprinkler systems
- CCTV surveillance system & LAN system
- Air conditioning and mechanical ventilation
- Fire detection public address and Evacuation system
