INVITATION TO APPLY FOR PREQUALIFICATION
PRE- QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS AND CONTRACTORS FOR WORKS, SUPPLY OF GOODS AND PROVISION OF NON-CONSULTING SERVICES CONTRACTS FOR THE PERIOD 2025-2027

The Youth Enterprise Development Fund Board intends to register/prequalify
Contractors/Suppliers/Service Providers for Works, Supply of Goods and Provision of Non
Consulting Services Contracts for the Period 2025-2026 as listed hereunder:

1. It is expected that the Invitation to Tender will be made in the month of June 2025.
   Tendering will be conducted through under open National Tendering procedures using a
   standardized tender document and will be open to all applicants who prequalify.
2. Qualified and interested applicants may obtain further information and inspect the
   Prequalification Document during office hours i.e. 0900 to 1500 hours at the address given
   below: The Ag. Head Supply Chain Management Services, 4th Floor, youth enterprise
   development fund Board, upper hill renaissance corporate park building Nairobi.
3. A complete set of prequalification document containing detailed information may be
   downloaded from the PPIP website: www.tenders.go.ke at no cost.
4. Application for prequalification documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes
   marked with prequalification reference number and be deposited in the Tender Box No. at
   the main entrance of the youth enterprise development Fund Board, fourth floor of the
   Renaissance corporate park building upper hill, so as to be received on or before Tuesday 17st
   June 2025 at 10.30 a.m. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
5. Prequalification Document may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website
   www.tenders.go.ke.

6. Applications for prequalification should be submitted by postal service, or hand/courier
   delivery, clearly marked envelopes and delivered to the address given below by Tuesday 17th
   June, 2025 at 10.30 a.m.
