Detailed Pre-qualification/Registration of Suppliers documents may be inspected from the Procurement Office situated on 1 st floor, room  111,Jogoo House ‘B’, Harambee Avenue, during working hours (8.00am-1.00pm and 2.00pm-5.00pm) or Ministr-y of Education website: www.education.go.ke free of any charges. 

Completed Pre-qualification/Registration documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked Pre-qualification/Registration of Suppliers 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 indicating the category and item description as indicated should be addressed to:

and be deposited in the Tender Box on Ground floor, Jogoo House ‘B’ Harambee Avenue so as to be received on or before 30th June, 2022 at 10.00am. 

Pre-qualification documents will be opened immediately after the closing time in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend, while strictly following the Ministry of Health protocols, at Jogoo House ‘B’ on the Ground floor.
